School of Aerospace Engineering has set up a fully functional and sophisticated hanger at the Universiti Sains Malaysia, Engineering Campus. This hanger will cater to the assembly and testing of CH 750 aircraft development project. This project is one of the pioneering work that has been initiated by the school of Aerospace engineering. It is expected to enhance the skill and expertise of USM staff and students in assembly and development of experimental test aircraft. This hanger will be a milestone in the history of aerospace engineering in Malaysia where all the members of Zenith CH 750 will assemble and develop the test aircraft parts. The work hours are scheduled every Monday and Wednesday. Those interested to visit the hanger and have an overview of the hanger facilities could contact the concerned person in change.
