ELEVATOR SKELETON AND SKINS ASSEMBLY

Reassemble the Nose Rib,Inboard Rear Ribs and Spar.

Drilled the Spar with #30 drill bit and #40 drill bity corresponding to the yellow and red Cleco.

Drilled the Rear Rib to the Rear Skin with a #40 drill bit and clecoed the Rear Rib to the Rear Skin.

Drilled the Bent Strip to the Spar and clecoed.

A center line was drawn on the Hinge Pin and Drilled with #20 drill bit.

Then, clecoed with #20 Cleco.

The final assemble of the Tip Rib.
