CENTER FIREWALL STIFFENER, FIREWALL SIDE STIFFENER AND GEAR GUSSET

The excess off of the Firewall Side Stiffener was trimmed.

A piece of L angle 543mm long was cut and a center line was drawn down one flange. On the unmarked flange,

a distance of 15mm wasmeasured and marked. The L angle was trimmed

along the mark so the L angle clears the bottom of the Firewall.

The L angles was positioned on the aft side of the Firewall. The L angle was clamped to the Firewall when the

center line is visible through the predrilled holes in the Firewall. With a #40 drill bit,

the Firewall was back drilled and cleco into the L angle.

The Center Firewall Stiffener was cleco to the Firewall.

The ends of the top flange of the Gear Gusset was slightly bended.
