CENTER FIREWALL STIFFENER, FIREWALL SIDE STIFFENER AND GEAR GUSSET

The Right Gear Gusset was drilled with a #40 drill bit through the Top Stiffener. Then, the holes was expanded with a #20 drill bits.

Both Gear Gusset was drilled through the both side of the Center Firewall Stiffener with a #40 drill bit. With a #20 drill bit, the holes was expanded. The Gear Gusset was positioned when the Firewall Stiffener was 90 degree with the Firewall.

The Center Firewall Doubler was positioned and clamped with the Bottom Stiffener. With a #40 drill bit,

the Center Firewall Stiffener was back drilled through the Doubler and cleco.

Then the holes was expanded with a #30 drill bit and cleco.

The Bungee Pin was drilled with a #40 drill bit.

The Side Brace was positioned and drilled with a #40 drill bit. Then,

the holes was expanded with a #20 drill bit through the Top Stiffener into the Side Brace and cleco.

The Firewall Side Stiffener was drilled with a #20 drill bit.

The Firewall was drilled through the Firewall Bottom Stiffener with a #30 drill bit.

With a #30 drill bit, the Center Firewall Stiffener was drilled through the Firewall.
