OUTBOARD RIGHT FLAPERON

Position the Hinge Bracket on the Spar against the Nose Rib. Measure 26.5mm from the Spar to the top edge of the Hinge Bracket.

Back drill the Hinge Bracket with a #40 drill bit and cleco.

Reposition the Rear Ribs and Nose Ribs to the Spar.

The holes were expanded to #20. Deburr drilled holes. Later,the holes for the Rib were expanded to a #30.

Clamp and cleco the Nose Ribs and Hinge Bracket.

The same procedure was for other Rear Ribs and Nose Ribs.

Bottom of the Skin was clecoed to the Full Rib and Spar. The holes were expanded #30 for the Ribs and the Skin and clecoed.

The Skin was bent through the Nose Rib and was slipped under bottom Skin. Next, the pilot holes were clecoed along the Rib.
