OUTBOARD RIGHT FLAPERON

Drill the bottom Skin through Spar using #40 drill bit and clecoed. Next, drill the bottom Skin through Spar using #30 drill bit.

Flip the Flaperon over and expand the holes using a #30 drill bit.

Drill the Spar of the Flaperon using #40 drill bit.

Nose Rib was checked and aligned with the Ribs holes. The tolerance for drilling holes was maintained three times of the holes size from the edge.
