FLAPERON ASSEMBLY(CONTINUE)

OUTBOARD RIGHT FLAPERON

Drill through Flaperon Rib angle to full Rib using #40 drill bit.

Drill through Flaperon Rib angle to Spar using #30 drill bit.

Drilled through Skin to Nose Rib from bottom to Top using #40 drill bit. Drilled #30 drill bit through Skin to Nose Rib from bottom to Top.

Flip the Flaperon. Drill #40 drill bit holes and clecoed. Next,expand the holes  with #30 drill bit through bottom Skin to full Rib and clecoed.

Drill #40 drill bit through Top Skin to full Rib. Cleco after drilling #30 drill bit through Top Skin to full Rib and then clecoed.

The completed Outboard Right Flaperon part.

OUTBOARD LEFT FLAPERON

Hinge bracket was attached and measured 26.6(0.5mm Skin included) from Spar(refer drawing) and drilled with #40.

Four holes were drilled. The holes were then clecoed with #40 with Nose Ribs.

Then, the holes were expanded to #20 drill bit and were clecoed with #20 Cleco.
