I) OUTBOARD LEFT FLAPERON

 

P/N: 75A1-2 Flaperon Nose Rib

P/N: 75A1-3 Flaperon Rear Rib

P/ N: 75A1-4 I/B Flaperon Spar Or

75A1-5 O/B Flaperon Spar

 


 

 

The Hinge Bracket on the Spar was placed against the Nose Rib

 


 

The Full Ribs were clecoed to the bottom of the Skin.

The holes were expanded with #30 drill bit and the Full Rib were clecoed to the skin

 


 

Next, the flaperon was flipped over and set it on beams to prevent the Clecos on the bottom from putting dents in the skin

 

 

 

The flaperon were riveted together

 

 

 

Finally the outboard left flaperon was riveted

 

I) INBOARD LEFT FLAPERON

 

 

 

The Flaperon Rib angle to Spar was drilled using #30 drill bit.

 

 

 

The Full Rib was clecoed to the bottom of the skin. Next the holes was expanded

using #30 drill bit and the Full Rib was clecoed to the skin

 

 

 

The Flaperon was flipped over and set it on beams.

The Skin was drilled with #40 drill bit through the Ribs and Spar. Then the holes were clecoed

 

 

 

The Ribs were riveted to the skin

 

 

 

The skin was bring around the Nose Ribs and the Skin was clecoed to the Spar

 

 

Finally The Ribs were riveted and inspected.
