FORWARD FUSELAGE ASSEMBLY

Plan for forward fuselage assembly.

The cabin floor(75F10-3) was taken out and the sharp edges were deburred.

The pedal bearing channel (75F10-7) was clecoed to the cabin floor with a #40 clecoes.

The pedal bearing floor channel oriented the cabin floor.

The floor stiffener (75F10-4) was clecoed to the cabin floor with #40 size clecoes

after the sharp edges were deburred.

Seat channel (75F11-1) was deburred and clecoed to the cabin floor with #40 size clecoes.

Gear channel (75F11-3) was deburred and clecoed to the cabin floor with #40 size clecoes.

Left arm rest side (75F11-6) was deburred and clecoed to the cabin fllor with #40 clecoes.

Right arm rest side (75F11-6) was deburred and clecoed to the cabin floor with #40 clecoes.

Seat supports (75F11-2) was deburred and clecoed to the cabin floor and seat channel

with #40 clecoes on left and right side.

Cabin side assembly (75F-7) was positioned on the rear fuselage.

Rear rivet line was clecoed to the side skin.

The length of the longeron was checked at the baggage back.

The longeron was lined with sharpie pen as it need to be trim afterward

so that it fit against the baggage back.

The cabin side assembly (75F-7) was clecoed to the cabin floor with #40 clecoes.

Rear seat channel (75F11-3) were clecoed to the gear channel with #40 clecoes.

Forward side skin (75F12-2) left side was clecoed to the cabin floor

and left cabin sides with #40 clecoes.

Forward side skin (75F12-2) right side were also clecoed to the right side cabin floor

and right cabin side with #40 clecoes.

Heal support (75F10-5) was deburred and clecoed to the cabin floor.
