FORWARD FUSELAGE

Forward side skins (both left and right) are clecoed to the cabin sides and to the cabin floor.

On the right side, we have clecoed the Right Forward Side Skins to the right cabin sides. The holes are marked with #A4 sign and three holes is marked ‘wait’ so that these three holes will not be enlarged until the L-angle is installed on the forward side skin.

The holes are enlarged into #30 size holes using #30 drill bit. The holes that have been drilled are clecoed with bronze clecos. We can see there  are three red grip pin, means the holes are not enlarged into #30 yet. The holes will be enlarged when the L-angle are installed.

On the left side of the fuselage, we have clecoed the left forward side skins to the left cabin sides. The holes are also marked with#30/A4 signs.

The holes are then enlarged into #30 size holes using #30 drill bit. The enlarged holes are clecoed with #30 drill bit. There are also three holes are not enlarged yet to #30 sizes holes. The holes will be enlarged when the L-angles is installed to the left forward fuselage side skins.

We locate Heal Support Gusset (75F10-6) and deburred the edge.

With red sharpie pen, we draw a center line on the bottom flange of the heal support gusset. Rivet location are then layout that is 10mm from each end of the gusset and evenly space 2 more between. The process is done on both left and right gusset as shown in the picture.

We also have drawn a line on the other side of the top flange of both gusset.

We clamped Right Heal Support Gusset (75F10-6), and pre drill the holes on the rivet layout.

As shown in the picture, we have pre-drilled the 4 mark in the gusset with #40 drill bit.
