FORWARD FUSELAGE

As for today, we have continued to enlarge few holes on the Left Side Forward Fuselage.After few checks with the drawing, we then enlarge the holes with #20 drill bit such as shown in the picture.There are 3 holes that we have enlarged using angle drill.The last hole on the end of the Gear Channel is drilled using Angle drill from bottom.All the holes are then clecoed with #20 clecos as shown in the picture.


Then, we have continued to enlarge few holes on the Right Side Forward Fuselage.After few checks with the drawing, we then enlarge the holes with #20 drill bit such as shown in the picture.There are 3 holes that we have enlarged using angle drill.The last hole on the end of the Gear Channel is also drilled using Angle drill from bottom.All the holes are then clecoed with #20 clecos as shown in the picture.


Then we continue to enlarge the #40 pilot holes into #20 Size hole with #20 drill sizes on the Pilot Side Forward Fuselage. We then clecoed the holes after all the holes are enlarged.


Then we continue to enlarge the #40 pilot holes into #20 Size hole with #20 drill sizes on the Passenger Side Forward Fuselage. We then clecoed the holes after all the holes are enlarged.


With a #30 drill bit we then enlarged the three last holes as shown in the picture on the top at the Passenger Side Forward Fuselage. The holes are then clecoed with #30 cleco.


With a #30 drill bit we then enlarged the three last holes as shown in the picture on the top at the Pilot Side Forward Fuselage. The holes are then clecoed with #30 cleco as shown in the picture.
