FORWARD FUSELAGE

As shown in the picture, we have enlarged the two set row of #40 holes on the cabin floor into #30 holes size with #30 drill bit.

Then we enlarged the #40 holes into #30 holes through the Heal Support and the Cabin Floor as shown in the picture.

Then we enlarged the holes through the Heal Support and the Cabin Floor and the bottom longeron with #20 drill bit on the Passenger Side.

Then we enlarged the holes through the Heal Support and the Cabin Floor and the bottom longeron with #20 drill bit on the Pilot Side.

As in the plan, the #20 size holes will go through along the longeron. So we will enlarge the holes under the heal support with #20 drill bit. Therefore, we clecoed the lines of holes that will be enlarged with #40 cleco first to hold the parts.

With #20 drill bit, we then enlarged the #40 holes and clecoed the holes with #20 cleco.

Then, we enlarged the hole that is overlap between the Cabin Side Skin and Forward Side skin as shown in the picture with #30 drill bit and clecoed.

Then we continue to enlarge the #40 holes on the Rudder Pedal Channel with #30 drill bit and cleco.

This picture shows us that the supports are not enlarged in this process and continued on the Rudder Control log.

We then enlarge the #40 holes as shown in the picture into #20 on the Pilot Side as instructed in the plan. The holes are then clecoed with #20 cleco as shown in black.

We then enlarge the #40 holes as shown in the picture into #20 on the Passenger Side as instructed in the plan. The holes are then clecoed with #20 cleco as shown in black.

The #40 holes under the Heal Support is then enlarged into #30 holes size and clecoed.

Then we continue to enlarge the #40 holes size into #30 holes size with #30 drill bit through the cabin floor and the Floor Stiffener. The holes are then clecoed with #30 cleco. There are four #40 clecos as shown in the picture are not drill yet for now as to wait for the assembly of the firewall afterwards.
