FORWARD FUSELAGE

Today, we have continued our work on the assembly of the forward fuselage. As we continue our study to the plan, we realize that there are two holes that are not drilled into the final size that is #20 size holes.

The hole is shown as in the picture above. As we can see the Seat Support is yet not drilled into A5 through the Gear Channel and the Cabin Floor.

Then, after we have secured the other holes between the holes that we have to enlarged, we then enlarged the hole into #20 holes size with #20 drill bit. The hole is then clecoed with #20 cleco.

Same goes to the other side of the Seat Support that is the Passenger Side. We have enlarged the hole into #20 size hole with #20 drill bit. The hole is then clecoed with #20 cleco.

Then we continue to install the Arm Rest Top, 75F11-5, to the Forward Fuselage Assembly. The Arm Rest Top is then clecoed with #40 clecos.

This is the Arm Rest Top in close up.

Then, we continue on to enlarge the #40 holes through the Seat Pan and Cabin Side on the Passenger Side. We have clecoed the row of holes with #40 clecos.

As shown in the picture, we have enlarge the holes into #30 size holes and cleoed with #30 clecos as shown in the picture above. As noted before, this is the passenger side of the Cabin Side.

Then we move on to the Pilot Side of the Cabin Side. We will also enlarge these #40 holes into #30 holes through the Cabin Side and the Seat Pan.

As shown in the picture, we have enlarged the holes into #30 holes and clecoed them with #30 clecos.
