FORWARD FUSELAGE

As for today, we have planned to enlarge the holes on the seat pan that is not enlarged yet to its final size as shown in the picture above.

Now we will start with the passenger side.

We will continue to enlarge on the holes on top of the passenger seat pan and continue with the pilot seat pan.

As shown in the picture above, we have enlarge the #40 holes into #30 holes with #30 drill bit. Then we clecoed the parts with #30 clecos coloured in brown.

Then, we have continued to enlarge all the holes with #30 drill bit.

As shown in the picture above, we will enlarge the line of #40 holes as shown in the picture above.

As in the picture above, we have enlarge the holes into #30 holes using #30 drill bit and clecoed them with #30 clecos.

Then we continue to enlarge holes on the Pilot side seat pan with #30 holes.

Then, we will continue to enlarge holes on the aft seat pan of the passenger side.

As shown in the picture above, we have enlarged the holes into #30 size holes on the aft seat pan of the passenger side.

And now we move on to enlarge the holes on the aft seat pan of the pilot seat pan.

As shown in the picture above, we have enlarged the #40 holes into #30 holes with #30 drill bit.

And now we will move on to enlarge the holes through the Right Arm Rest Side and the Arm Rest Top with #30 drill bit.

As shown in the picture above, we have enlarged the holes into #30 and cleco.

Then we will continue to enlarge the holes on the pilot side, through the Left Arm Rest Side through the Arm Rest Top.

As shown in the picture, we have enlarged the holes into #30 holes.

Then we will continue to enlarge these 5 holes into #30 holes on the passenger side.

As shown in the picture above, we have enlarged the holes into #30 size holes.

As shown in the picture above, we have also enlarged the holes into #30 holes on the pilot side.
