FORWARD FUSELAGE

As for today, we have continued on enlarging all the pilot holes on the seat pan. We disassemble the pilot side seat pan and the Arm Rest Side. This is to drill the holes shown as in the picture above. The drill size is #40 sizes.

 

We then drilled the hole through the Pilot Side Seat Pan and the Arm Rest Side and grip pin.

 

Then we move on to drill through the Pilot Seat Pan and the Gear Channel with #40 drill bit.

 

And as shown in the picture above, we have drilled through and gripped pin the holes with #40 grip pin.



Then we move on to enlarge the #40 holes through the Pilot Arm Rest Side and the Seat Pan to #30 as shown in picture above.

 

Then we move on and enlarge the holes on the Seat Belt Attachment through the Seat Pan and the Pilot Arm Rest Side with #20 drill bit.

 

Then we enlarged the #40 holes on the Passenger Seat Belt Attachment with #20 drill bit and clecoed as above.

 

Then we started to enlarge the #40 holes through the Passenger Arm Rest Side and the Passenger Seat Pan. The holes are then clecoed with #30 cleco.
