REAR FUSELAGE ASSEMBLY

A vertical 2”x4” has been screwed to the work bench. An angle of 90 degree was set between the vertical 2”x4”

and the work bench. Side channel were installed on both of the side skin.

The Left Skin Fuselage was attached to the Bottom Fuselage skin by clamping the Left Skin

to the vertical 2”x4”.

The Left Side Skin was clecoed to the forward Horizontal Tail frame.

The Side Skin was positioned correctly on the Longeron and the Side Skin set against the lip on the Longeron.

The opposite Side Skin was installed using the same procedure used to install the first side.

Both Side Skin was measured at the rear that was 16 mm so that both Side Skin were aligned and parallel

to each other so that any horizontal twist occurred during assembly were removed.
