TOP FUSELAGE SKIN AND REAR FUSELAGE ASSEMBLY

 

Top fuselage

With a zinc chromate primer, every parts that were mating with each other along the rivet line was primed.

Right fuselage

Every holes and sharp edges on left fuselage was deburred.

The chips was cleaned by used air blown. Then, all parts were alodined.

Left fuselage

The L angle was cut to fit between the rear tail frame.

Then, with a #40 drill bits, the L angle was drilled through the skin after the center line was line up with the pilot holes line.

With a #20 drill bits, the skin was drilled through the L angle.

Holes on the both rear tail frame were then widened with a #20 drill bits.

 

With a #20 drill bits, both rear H.T frame was drilled through the L angleto fit the A5 rivet later.
