LANDING GEAR SECTION

This is the Lower Bearing Support (75F12-5). The part is checked and no problem detected

And this is the Nose Gear leg (75L1-1)

And this is the Nose Gear Bottom Bearing (75L1-7)

Next we installed Nose Gear leg (75L1-1), Nose Gear leg (75L1-1) and Nose Gear Bottom Bearing (75L1-7) on the Fuselage

Then, we continue further to the other part on the Nose landing Gear. Nose Wheel Fork (75L1-2), and Nose Wheel Fork Doubler (75L1-3)

.

The doubler are then clamped on the fork. Bolt locations is then marked 12mm from the front and back edges and up 12mm from the bottom of the Doubler on the left and right side. With a #40 drill bit, on a table drill, we drilled and cleco the Doubler to the fork

The holes are then expanded to ¼”

Next we marked a hole location 25mm from the bottom and 28mm from the back if the Fork for the axle bolts. Then, a hole location 10mm from the bottom and 10mm from the back of the Fork is then marked. Both the left and right side of the fork are then marked. With a #40 drill bit both holes. The holes are tehn expanded for the Axle Bolt only to 5/16”. We also understand that the smaller hole os used to safety wire the AN5 axle bolt

Next we installed the AN4-7A bolts the fork. We also preinstalled the bolts using AN960-416 Steel Washer and ¼” Nylon Nut, AN365-428
