Various parts that make up the Rudder Skeleton.

Drill and cleco the Spar Doublers to the holes.

The horn was clecoed at the Rudder bottom Rib

Then, the hole were clecoed using #20 cleco.

Rib and Spar were assemble simultaneously.

The Rib and Spar was clecoed.

The Rudder Skin was attached on the Spar with the tolerance permitted.

The Skin was aligned initially using duct tape.
