RUDDER STAND ASSEMBLY PROCESS

Measuring the height and length of the Rudder.

Sketch the Rudder Stand.

The prototype was drawn using Catia software in Computational Aided Education(CAE) Laboratory.

Gather all the materials and apparatus needed such as wood, nails, electrical jingsaw and screw driver.

Cut the wood according to the prototype.

Mark a small slot for both side of the wood to make the Stand firmly fixed.

Cut according to the lines.

Assemble the Stand.

Nails on both sides.

The L-shape Hinge.

Skrew.

Drill the L-shape Hinge with Skrew between the Stand and the vertical frame.

Drill for the both sides.

Assemble all the parts.

Make a V-shape to fit the Rudder.

Continually re-examine the assemble frame.

Put 4 Rubber-based under Rudder Stand.

The complete assemble of Rudder Stand.

Cut the carpet according to the frame.

Staple the carpet on the Rudder Stand frame.

Cover all the wood with carpet to protect the Rudder Skin.

Finally, the complete assemble of Rudder Stand.
