RUDDER CONTROL

As for today, we have then continued to enlarge the #40 holes for all supports.

The first supports will be the Passenger Right Foot Pedal Support.

A 13 mm block of wood was prepared to be positioned between both supports (not shown in above picture). With a #40 grip pin, we then gripped one of the holes of the support. Then with a new #20 drill bit, we then enlarged the hole. Similar to the second support, we enlarged the hole with #20 drill bit. Both supports are then clecoed with #20 cleco shown in black.

Then we continue to the Passenger Left Foot Pedal Support. As shown in the picture we have positioned a 13 mm wood block between the supports. Each supports are then gripped with #40 grip pin.

Then with a #20 drill bit, we then enlarged the hole. Similar to the second support, we enlarged the hole with #20 drill bit. Both supports are then clecoed with #20 cleco shown in black.

Then we continue to the Pilot Right Foot Pedal Support. As shown in the picture we have positioned a 13 mm wood block between the supports. Each supports are then gripped with #40 grip pin. Then with a #20 drill bit, we then enlarged the hole. Similar to the second support, we enlarged the hole with #20 drill bit. Both supports are then clecoed with #20 cleco shown in black.

For this support, after measured, the distances between the supports are different around 1 mm at the trailing edge but maintained 13 mm at the front. We have checked with the master Cylinder, no problem with the assembly.

Then we continue to the Pilot Left Foot Pedal Support. As shown in the picture we have positioned a 13 mm wood block between the supports. Each supports are then gripped with #40 grip pin.

Then with a #20 drill bit, we then enlarged the hole. Similar to the second support, we enlarged the hole with #20 drill bit. Both supports are then clecoed with #20 cleco shown in black.

As in this picture, it is shown that we have finished enlarged the holes for all the supports to #20 drill size that will accept #20 Stainless Steel Rivet afterwards.
