SLAT ASSEMBLY

Slat Skin.

The manual assembly and the drawing were rechecked.

The tape was used to minimize the tolerance

The Corner Doubler was set inside the Skin and clecoed after the holes were drilled.

The back of the Skin was drilled into the Corner Doubler using a #40 drill bit. Clecoing as the hole were drilled. After the Ribs were installed the holes were expanded using #30 drill bit.

Ensure the entire assembly was drilled and clecoed.
