HORIZONTAL STABILIZER SKELETON AND SKINS ASSEMBLY

Clecoed the Rear Rib to the Front Spar and rear Spar to the Rear Ribs.

The Tip Rib was clecoed on to the Rear Spar. The Skin was allowed to overhang the work bench and clecoed to the Skeleton.

Drilled #30 drill bit and clecoed the Skin and Skeleton.

The Horizontal tail was flipped over. Then, the Ratchet Straps was used to pull the Skin down tight to the Ribs.

The Ratchet Clamp Support was used to make sure the Ratchet tight

A long wood support was used to avoid damaging the overhang of the Skin.
