HORIZONTAL STABILIZER SKELETON AND HORIZONTAL STABILIZER  SKINS

The Center Huge Gusset rivet line was positioned 50 mm from the top. Then, the gusset was clamped to the Center Hinge Bracket.

With a #40 drill bit, the Center Hinge Bracket , Center Hinge Bracket  and the rear bracket was drilled and cleco.

The holes was expanded from a #30 rill bit to a #20 drill bit. T

he top and bottom hole in the Center Hinge Bracket was drilled for AN3-5A bolts.

All parts of the Horizontal Stabilizer was disassembled, debur and cleaned with an alodine and clear water.

Then, all rivet line was primer.
