WING SKELETON ASSEMBLY ( LEFT WING )

All part of Wing Skeleton was collected.

Each part was deburr.

L angle of 120mm was trimmed. The distance between each line was marked and then the stress relief holes

in the radius of the L angle was drilled with a #40 drill bit.After that, it was drilled with a #20 drill bit.

Notches in the L angle flange was cut.. Then, any burrs was removed in the notches.

Nose Rib, Wing Rear Rib, Wing Nose Rib, Root Nose Rib, Root Rear Rib was cleco to the

Root Channel and Wing Spar.
