NOSE RIB, SPAR TIB, WING ASSEMBLY ( RIGHT WING )

The Wing Skeleton was assembled for the right wing.

A center line was drawn on Wing Spar and each Nose and Rear Rib.

The Spar Tip was positioned on the Spar. With a #40 drill bit, the Spar Web and Spar Caps

was back drilled into the Spar Tip. The holes was expanded with a #20 drill

and cleco the Spar Tip to the Spar.

The L angle was bended to match the curvature of the Nose Rib. The Slat Support and L angle

was cleco to the Nose Rib. The predrilled hole was expanded with a #30 drill bits and cleco.

Then with a #20 drill bits, a holes was drilled at the back of the Nose Rib.
