TOP SKINS, NOSE RIBS, O/B NOSE SKIN, TRAILING EDGE SKINS AND FLAPERON ARMS ASSEMBLY

The O/B Nose Skin was pulled around the Nose Ribs. The O/B Nose Skin

was slid under the Top Skin and was drilled with a #40 drill bits.

The holes in the Top Skins, Ribs, Nose Ribs and Spar Caps was expanded with a #30 drill bit.

The Trailing Edge Skin height was set at 70mm from the top of the

Flaperon Arm to the center of the radius of the Trail Edge Skins.

The Top Skins in the Trailing Edge Skins and Rear Channels Was drilled with a #40 drill bit when the Trailing Edge

was set at the correct distance. Then, the holes was expanded with a #30 drill bit.
