FUSELAGE JOINING & FORWARD FUSELAGE SECTION

 

In our previous work, we didn’t yet finalize the bolts for the Engine Mounting. As in today work, we have finalized the bolts and reinstall new bolts, nuts and washer

Engine Mount (Side)

2 pieces of AN6-7A Bolts,
2 pieces of AN365 Nuts,
2 pieces of AN 960-616 Washer

180 in.lb

Engine Mount (Bottom)

2 pieces of AN6-10A Bolts,
2 pieces of AN 960-616 Washers
2 pieces of AN365 Nuts

180 in.lb

Engine Mount (Top)

2 pieces of AN4-6A bolts,
2 pieces ____ washers
2 pieces of ____ nuts

60 in.lb

 

And we also have apply the torque seal to each of the nuts

 

And, we also have changed the installed bolt of the Bottom Engine Mount from the center to be in front together with the Firewall Assembly, Engine Mount, Bottom Fuselage Skin and Stiffener. All the nuts are then applied with Torque Seal

 

This also applies to the passenger side
