TOP FUSELAGE SKIN AND REAR FUSELAGE ASSEMBLY

 

Bottom fuselage

The bottom parts of the fuselage was alodined and rinsed to dry for primer preparation.

 

Top fuselage

The L angles was drilled from #40 to #30 drill bit. The top doubler (75F4-3) was clecoed and back drilled with a #20 drill bit

into the top skin and longeron. Then, the remaining holes along the longerons was drilled

with a #30 drill bit except for the holes around the stabilizer attachment.
