Slat Rib (Predrilled for the slat support)
The L angle was bended to match the bottom curvature of the Rib. The L angle is positioned with
the 50mm section of the L angle towards the aft end of the Rib. The Rib was drilled with #40 drill bit into the
L angle and was clecoed to the Rib
Slat Support
The Slat Support was clecoed between the L angle and the Rib. The holes were
expanded with a #30 drill bit.
The top Rib and the Skin were examined to fit with the pilot hole and
were drilled with #30 drill bit
Next, the L angle and Slat Support were deburred and riveted to the Rib
Then the Ribs were clecoed to the bottom of the skin.
The Corner Doubler and Ribs were riveted to the bottom of the skin
Finally, all holes were riveted on the bottom of the skin
