HORIZONTAL STABILIZER SKELETON AND SKINS ASSEMBLY

The Horizontal Stabilizer was checked in level and without twist. The hole was drilled#40 drill bit and clecoed.

After that, expand the holes to #30 drilled bit and clecoed.
