FLAPERON CONTROL

As for today, we have decided to remove bolts that are torque before by Dr Halim as it is not the required bolt for the assembly of the Mixer Bearing (75C1-4) and Mixer bearing Support (75C1-5)

Then we start to continue to work on the Passenger Side Control Mixer

Total bolts used are 8 AN3-5A bolts, 8 Washers and 8 SL Nuts. Reference that used is the packing list received from Zenith Aircraft (refence: Packing List, Flaperon control, 75-8027)

Using torque wrench the nuts are then torque to 22.5 in lb. The required torque value for AN3 is 20 – 25 in lb (refer CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS PAGE 32 of 42)

We confirmed that the Bolts show two threads protruding and the shank is in the holding part. White torque Seal bought from aircraft spruce is then applied on the head and the nut of all bolts
