FLAPERON CONTROL

As for today, we have started to select bolts, washer and SL nuts, and pre installed those parts to  the flaperon control as described below

This is the Vertical Flaperon Control Rod (75C1-10). The bottom of the Vertical Flaperon Control is then installed with CW____, AN5-11A bolt, Washer, SL Nuts and 75C2-2 (Control Rod Bushing)

Next the Top of the Vertical Flaperon Control Rod is installed with AN5-22A, Flaperon Control Spacer (75C2-10), 75C2-2 (Control Rod Bushing), Washer and SL Nut as shown in the picture

The Pilot Side Vertical Flaperon Control is then pre-installed to the Pilot Side Fuselage as shown in the picture. We also have pre installed the Vertical Flaperon Control for the Passenger Side

Next, we move on to install the Horizontal Flaperon Control Rod (75C2-1) as shown in the picture

Then we installed the required parts for the Horizontal Flaperon Control. AN5-11A bolt, 75C2-2 (Control Rod Bushing), Washer and SL Nut as shown in the picture

And as for the other side, we installed the required parts that is AN5-11A bolt, 75C2-2 (Control Rod Bushing), Washer and SL Nut as shown in the picture
