FUSELAGE JOINING & FORWARD FUSELAGE SECTION

As for today, Dr Halim have started to tighten holes that need bolts and nuts and it is around the Gear Strut Fitting on the passenger side. We have pre installed the Bolts and nuts.

Please refer to drawings 75FA-7 for the bolts designation.

And we also referred to the CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS PAGE 32 OF 42, DRAFT EDITION (07/09/07) for the required TORQUE VALUE.

As shown in the picture, we have started to use the torque wrench to torque tighten the nuts and bolts.

It is clearly shown that the nuts are located on the bolts with the washers. We will apply the torque seal after this.

And now we move on to the Pilot Side Gear Strut Fitting.

We have pre installed all the bolts on the Gear Strut Fitting.

Dr Halim is in progress to tighten the nut with torque wrench carefully.

And we have finished tightening the bolts and nuts on the Passenger Side.
