FUSELAGE JOINING & FORWARD FUSELAGE SECTION

We have riveted the L-angle to the Gear Channel through the Gear Channel with A5 rivet as in the picture. There is a bad hole on the thumb, we will open the hole to A6 rivet and rivet it with A6 rivet afterward.

Next, we then riveted the Gear Strut Fitting with A5 rivet through the L-angle and the Side Fuselage.

As shown in the picture, we still got one more rivet to do. As this rivet will have A6 rivet, we will rivet this hole once the A6 rivets arrived from the manufacturer.

Now, we move on to do the same process on the Passenger side.

Next, we riveted the L- Angle to the Gear Channel with A5 rivet.

And we also riveted the L-angle through the Side Fuselage and gear Strut Fitting.

We then sprayed the Gear Strut Fittings with Automotive Black Spray to protect it from corrosion. This is because; we have made some notch to give way for the rivets during the riveting process.
