FUSELAGE JOINING & FORWARD FUSELAGE SECTION

Today, we have continued to rivet the bottom fuselage, under the Heal Support, 75-F10-5. There will be 3 locations that is at the middle (as shown in the picture) and at both ends

As shown in the picture above, we have riveted both of the sides. These are the pictures for the Pilot Sides

And above are the pictures of the passenger Side that has been riveted

Then, we rivet the Pedal bearing Channel, 75-F10-7, to the Bottom Skin Fuselage with A3 rivet

Next we will install AN3-5A bolt, washer and SL nuts on the Brake Cylinder Support, 75-C3-8, and Lateral Pedal Bearing, 75-C3-7. With 23 in.lb value on the Torque Wrench, we then torque the nuts

As shown in the pictures above, we have applied white torque seal to the AN3-5A bolts

Next we continue to install bolt as shown above
