FUSELAGE JOINING & FORWARD FUSELAGE SECTION

As shown in this picture, today we are ready to enlarge the pilot hole pointed along my finger with #20 drill bit for the A5 rivets. Every two holes are clecoed with #40 clecos and is checked so that every clecos are tight.

In the picture is shown that, the Side Channel (75F4-1) is on top of the Side Channel Cover (75F4-2). We have confirmed this with Mr Caleb from Zenith Aircraft on today email.

This is the bottom part of the assembly. The assembly is checked so that it is rigid with the clecos holding the parts. We will start enlarging the Side Channel for the Pilot Side first.

As in the picture, it is shown that we have enlarged the #40 holes into #20 size holes. Every hole is clecoed with #20 clecos that are in black color. On this process, we have use new #20 drill bit.

It is shown that in a limited area, we have used an angle drill with new #20 drill bit to enlarge the pilot holes. Every hole are checked for consistency and no issue for this process.

It is shown that we have completed enlarging the holes for the Side Channel and Side Channel cover for the Pilot side.

And now we move on to the right side of the fuselage that is the passenger side. We have clecoed every hole with #40 clecos that are in silver colour. The clecos are checked so that they are holding the Side Panel and Side Panel Cover tightly.

As shown in the picture, we have used #20 drill bit to enlarge the holes. Every hole is clecoed with #20 clecos after every hole are enlarged.
