Then, with #20 drill bit, we then expanded the holes in the Cabin Frame through the Cabin Frame and Pilot Cabin Side and use grip pin and cleco to fasten the Cabin Frame Gusset.
Then, we moved on to the Passenger Side. As in the picture above, it is shown that another Cabin Frame Gusset is positioned to the Cabin Frame and Passenger Cabin Side. 2 G-clamp is used to positioned the Cabin Frame Gusset so that there is no gap between the Cabin Frame and the Gusset and also the Cabin Side with the Cabin Frame Gusset.
Then with #40 drill bit, we then drill through the Cabin Frame Gusset to the Cabin Frame and Cabin Frame Gusset to the Cabin Side. Each drilled hole are fastened with grip pin that shown in red colour. An angle drill is used to drill on tight spaces.
As for today, we have finished drilling the #40 holes on both sides of the Cabin Frame Gusset Flanges. The Cabin Frame Gusset is then clecoed to the Passenger Cabin Side and also Cabin Frame.
